Chetco Marine Order Processing Pledge
Important Shipping & Handling Information:

• Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS only
• Orders received after 3 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day if in stock.
• Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after noon PST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
• The warehouse does not ship on major holidays
• We have a large stock of items in our storefront and warehouse in Brookings Oregon.
• If an item is not in stock when your order is placed a customer care provider will contact you within 24 hours to confirm purchase and/or options with order.
• Most items turn around time is 24 hours.
• We will notify you via email if we cannot ship within 48 hours - excluding weekends and holidays. You will also receive an email acknowledgment receipt of your order, processing time is additional.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, If your order is back ordered or the item does not ship by the time the authorization automatically expires, another authorization will be required at the time the merchandise ships. If you need more information, please call your bank or credit card company

Personal Checks and Money Orders:
We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that payment via check or money order can delay your order up to 15 days.

Returns

If the Item you ordered is not what you expected we will gladly issue a refund of your payment subject to the following 

restrictions:

• We require the returned item be in its original packaging with freight paid back to Chetco Marine Supply Company.
• Items can be returned within 90-days of original purchase date and the original receipt.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.

 Please be advised there will be a 15 percent restocking fee.  

How to Cancel an order

 We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel this order, the cancellation must take place within 1 hour from the time the order was placed. We are unable to cancel your order after this time period because your order is already in the fulfillment process. Please fax us right away at 1-855-237-6295 or email us at sales@chetcomarine.com most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, simply refuse the order upon delivery.
